Zoom for Aturjadwal

Aturjadwal schedules a Zoom meeting for each online appointment booked with you and shares the join link with you and your client. This guide explains how to add the integration, use it and remove it.

The Aturjadwal interface is in Indonesian. Menu names below are written as Indonesian (English).

Before you start

  • An Aturjadwal account. Sign up for free at aturjadwal.com/sign-up.
  • A Zoom account. Meeting length limits follow your Zoom plan.
  • Connect Zoom from a web browser at aturjadwal.com.

Adding the app

  1. Sign in at aturjadwal.com/log-in.
  2. Open Pengaturan (Settings) › Integrasi (Integrations).
  3. In the Zoom row, click Hubungkan (Connect). A Zoom window opens.
  4. Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions and click Allow.
  5. You return to Aturjadwal. The Zoom row shows Terhubung (Connected) and your Zoom email.

You can also connect while setting up a service: choosing Zoom as the meeting type before Zoom is connected opens the same Zoom window.

Troubleshooting

  • The Zoom window does not open. Allow pop-ups for aturjadwal.com in your browser, then click Hubungkan (Connect) again.
  • The Zoom row still shows Belum terhubung (Not connected). Close the Zoom window, reload the Integrations page and connect again. If your Zoom account belongs to a company, your Zoom admin may first need to approve Aturjadwal in the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • You connected the wrong Zoom account. Click Lepaskan (Disconnect), sign out at zoom.us, then connect again with the right account.
  • Still stuck? Email hi@aturjadwal.com with your Aturjadwal username.

Using Zoom with Aturjadwal

Make a service use Zoom

Open Layanan (Services), create a service with Buat layanan (Create service) or open an existing one, choose Zoom under Tipe pertemuan (Meeting type) and click Simpan (Save). Clients can book a Zoom service only while your Zoom account is connected.

Automatic meetings for client bookings

When a client books a Zoom service on your booking page (aturjadwal.com/your-username), Aturjadwal schedules a meeting on your Zoom account:

  • Topic: the service name
  • Start time and duration: those of the booking
  • Participants are muted on entry, video is off when joining, and no one can join before the host. Passcode and waiting room follow your Zoom settings.
  • The booking details in Aturjadwal, in Jadwal (Bookings) and the calendar
  • Your client's booking confirmation page
  • The confirmation and reminder emails sent to you and your client
  • Your Google Calendar event, if Google is also connected

The meeting also appears in your Zoom account under Meetings › Upcoming.

Bookings you create for a client

Open Jadwal (Bookings) › Buat jadwal (Create booking), choose a Zoom service, a client and a time, and save. Aturjadwal creates the Zoom meeting the same way.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Aturjadwal does not change or delete the Zoom meeting when you reschedule or cancel a booking. The join link keeps working. Edit or delete the meeting in Zoom if you need to.

Removing the app

You can remove the integration in either place:

  • In Aturjadwal: open Pengaturan (Settings) › Integrasi (Integrations), click Lepaskan (Disconnect) in the Zoom row, then Konfirmasi (Confirm).
  • In Zoom: sign in at marketplace.zoom.us, open Manage › Added Apps, find Aturjadwal and click Remove.

What removal means

  • Clients cannot book your Zoom services until you connect Zoom again or switch those services to another meeting type, such as Google Meet or Di tempat (In person).
  • Zoom links no longer appear on your bookings in Aturjadwal. The meetings themselves stay in your Zoom account and their links keep working, so clients who already received a link can still join.
  • You can reconnect at any time by following Adding the app.

Your data after removal

Aturjadwal immediately deletes your Zoom access and refresh tokens, your Zoom user ID, your Zoom email address and the Zoom links stored on your bookings. Database backups are rotated out within 90 days. Read more in our Privacy Policy: aturjadwal.com/privacy-policy.
